Some of the finest heulandites ever found have recently come out of John Cornish’s Rat’s Nest Claim in central Idaho. This one is choice – undamaged light salmon-pink pearly crystals to 2.5 cm in length on white mordenite. See Rocks & Minerals, Volume 76, Number 2, page 113 for a short summary of the discovery and early collecting at this site.
