This is a stunning agatized coral geode, consisting of thin yellow chalcedony walls with a sparkling drusy quartz interior. Numerous crystalline “fingers” can be seen inside. Collected from lower Miocene clays of the Hawthorn Group. Sold as a polished, matched pair.
