Cabinet – Matched Pair (9.0 x 5.2 x 3.5 cm & 9.5 x 4.9 x 2.9 cm)

This geode consists of translucent orange-brown agate, with a botryoidal chalcedony interior. Note the small “stalagmite” in the right half and the “column” in the left half of this well-matched pair. Fluorescent yellow under longwave and shortwave UV light. Collected from lower Miocene clays of the Hawthorn Group. Sold as a polished, matched pair.
